I started out losing a few pounds then gradually started to gain. The gain would be nothing major on a daily basis but it would be consistent
I also tested to see if I was in ketosis seems like regardless of what I ate I rarely got past neutral and when I did it was only for a couple hours. . even if I didn't eat between tests
